Job summary

Harvey is seeking a seasoned Workplace Project Manager in New York to translate our workplace playbooks into executed projects and programs. You will own scope, schedule, and budget for initiatives spanning office moves, openings, and global programs, driving them from kickoff to close.

You will partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional leads to implement WVPPs, safety, and sustainability initiatives while maintaining global design standards and a unified Harvey identity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management.
• Strong program design and playbook-building instincts.
• Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at national/global scale.
• Solid command of project management fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder communication.
• Experience with office moves/buildouts in collaboration with facilities teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global special projects: health & safety, design standards, emergency response, WVPPs, sustainability.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets across programs; track milestones and risks.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and performance; ensure adherence to the playbook.
• Report to Global Workplace Operations Manager and ensure regional teams operate smoothly.
• Own rollout of workplace tooling and training adoption; drive regional rollout when needed.
