Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Workplace Project Manager to convert playbooks and standards into delivered projects—office moves, openings, and global initiatives. You will own scope, schedule, and budget for each program, driving them from kickoff to close with a hands‑on delivery approach.

You will partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional teams to ensure compliance and consistency, while scaling design standards and sustainability across Harvey’s office footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management, leading cross‑functional programs such as health & safety, emergency preparedness, sustainability, or systems/tooling rollouts.
• Strong program design and playbook‑building instincts - you'd rather build a system and standard that others execute against well than run every project yourself.
• Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at a national or global scale.
• Strong command of project management fundamentals - scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience partnering with (not necessarily owning) construction, real estate, or facilities teams on office moves or buildouts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; you keep complex, fast‑moving programs on track and everyone informed.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a hands‑on, get‑it‑done approach.
• Based in New York and able to work on‑site at our NYC office, with willingness to travel to other sites as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Global Special Projects: manage health & safety, global design standards, emergency response, WVPPs, and sustainability across Harvey's offices.
• Partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional Workplace leads to roll out emergency plans and WVPPs meeting local regs while aligned with global standards.
• Maintain global design standards (furniture, finishes, signage) for consistency as we scale.
• Drive sustainability initiatives across offices and track progress against goals.
• Own global rollout of Workplace tooling and software (desk booking, occupancy, ticketing) and drive adoption.
• Own global and national vendor contracts (F&B, janitorial, plants) with regional managers handling day‑to‑day relationships.
