Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for global programs.
• Lead moves, openings, and buildouts across regions with a hands-on delivery approach.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, and AV to ensure readiness and standardization across offices.
• Manage vendor relationships and large-scale procurement within global contracts.
