Job summary

Perplexity AI is seeking a Global Workplace Business Operations Lead to scale our Workplace Experience team across offices worldwide. You will set the operating framework, drive capital projects, and ensure disciplined portfolio delivery with a data-driven approach.

You will partner with the Head of Workplace Experience to plan, allocate resources, and implement governance across multi-site programs, ensuring timely and within-budget outcomes while maintaining a service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience building an operating framework to scale a growing function.
• Strong financial and analytical judgment with forecasting and reporting experience.
• Leadership across organizational boundaries, securing commitments and resolving competing priorities.
• Senior functional leadership with autonomy for multi-site programs.
• Hands-on ownership and sound judgment in portfolio delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly planning; translate team strategy into priorities and resource plans.
• Own the Workplace operating framework; establish decision rights and delivery commitments.
• Direct internal and external PMs for capital initiatives; manage schedule, cost, and feasibility.
• Oversee portfolio controls, lease administration, and occupancy information; set data standards.
• Drive forecasting quality and variance analysis; provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Set reporting roadmap for workplace tools and governance; improve data quality and automation.
