Job summary

Pylon Labs is seeking a seasoned Workplace Operations lead to keep our SF, NY, and future London offices running smoothly. You will roll up your sleeves to manage leases, vendors, A/V, and office experience, while scaling operations as we grow.

You will hire and coach a small team of porters and EAs, own global office programs, and connect company goals to in-person events. This hands-on role requires proactive problem solving and a passion for shaping our hybrid culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running offices for high-growth companies.
• Hired and working with your own small team (porters, contractors, EAs).
• Been an IC who did everything yourself at one point and isn’t afraid to do the dirty work.

Responsibilities

• Setup and manage office operations across multiple cities including SF, NY, and future London.
• Own A/V, visitor flow, vendors, and facilities; delegate, automate, and streamline processes.
• Plan off-sites and travel logistics for offices and events.
• Lead company-wide events and connect them to business milestones.
• Manage porters, contractors, and EAs; scale the workplace team as needed.
• Define and uphold workplace philosophy and the internal rules to guide growth.
