Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities coordination or related corporate environment.
• Experience supporting multiple offices domestically and internationally.
• Strong knowledge of office services, facilities operations, vendor coordination, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for Roblox’s smaller domestic and international offices.
• Act as the primary Facilities and Workplace point of contact for assigned global offices, providing responsive, consistent, and reliable operational support.
• Establish and maintain workplace standards that create greater parity between headquarters and remote offices.
• Assess the employee experience, facilities conditions, amenities, technology, security, safety, and operational needs of each assigned office.
• Develop office-specific action plans to address service gaps, operational risks, employee needs, and opportunities for improvement.
