Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Global Partner to coordinate facilities, workplace operations, and office services across Roblox’s domestic and international locations. The role emphasizes establishing standards, improving employee experience, and enabling reliable services at scale from headquarters to smaller offices.

You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, Engineering, Security, and vendors to ensure readiness, safety, and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in facilities coordination, office services, workplace operations, global workplace support, or a related corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple offices, including smaller domestic or international locations.
• Strong knowledge of office services, facilities operations, vendor coordination, workplace amenities, employee experience, and workplace safety.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Corporate Engineering or IT, Security, landlords, property managers, vendors, and business leaders.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of workplace needs without direct people-management responsibilities.
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying service gaps, developing action plans, and driving operational issues through completion.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple offices, priorities, projects, and time zones simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for Roblox’s smaller domestic and international offices.
• Serve as the primary Facilities and Workplace point of contact for assigned global offices, providing responsive, consistent, and reliable operational support.
• Establish and maintain workplace standards that create greater parity between headquarters and remote offices.
• Assess the employee experience, facilities conditions, amenities, technology, security, safety, and operational needs of each assigned office.
• Develop office-specific action plans to address service gaps, operational risks, employee needs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with People Finance, Corporate Engineering, Global Security, local office leaders, landlords, property managers, and vendors to ensure each location is properly supported.
