Roblox Corporation is seeking an International Operations Manager to drive the operating rhythms for its global structure. Based in San Mateo, you will lead cross‑functional planning across Marketing, Finance, Legal, and regional teams, ensuring priorities are scoped, resourced, and delivered on schedule.

You’ll build, own, and optimize quarterly business reviews, dashboards, and executive reporting while coordinating with HQ and country partners to close gaps and improve processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or cross-functional coordination.
• Experience supporting international or multi-region teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex topics.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards and project trackers (Airtable, Asana, Jira).

Responsabilidades

• Lead cadence and operating rhythms across regions.
• Oversee work item prioritization, planning and resource allocation.
• Manage master project plans, timelines and dependencies.
• Define and track core operational metrics and executive reporting.
• Synthesize country inputs into clear status updates and risks.
• Coordinate regional check-ins, QBR prep and annual/quarterly planning.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements.
• Maintain playbooks for repeatable workflows.
• Coordinate with HQ and country teams for planning and issue triage.
• Liaise with external vendors as needed.
