Job summary

You will partner with Facilities, People Services, IT and Global Security to anticipate needs, set service standards, manage vendors, and drive programs that enhance connection and productivity for Builders and guests.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, employee experience, or related service environment.
• 7+ years of direct management or leadership experience.
• Experience using a service management system (FMS) or similar platform to track requests and performance.
• Strong vendor management skills including sourcing, negotiation, and performance management.
• Experience planning and delivering corporate events and employee programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily employee-facing workplace services at Roblox HQ and satellites; ensure consistent service standards.
• Establish hospitality standards for reception, visitor welcome, and meeting support.
• Oversee workplace service requests with timely responses and clear communication.
• Develop programs from employee feedback to improve satisfaction and consistency.
• Manage communications about services, amenities, events, and interruptions.
