Job summary

Function Health is hiring a contract role to lead the global workforce strategy workstream. You will build cost-benefit analyses across markets, evaluate contractor-to-EOR conversions, and guide decisions on whether to engage via contractor, EOR, or entity models.

This hands-on role requires cross-functional collaboration with People, Legal, Finance, and Tax to deliver a repeatable operating playbook.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management with direct ownership of international workforce or global HR initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with EOR platforms and contractor engagement models.
• Strong financial modeling instincts and cost comparison across models.

Responsibilities

• Own the global workforce strategy work stream from scope to status reporting.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses for contractor, EOR, and entity models across markets.
• Define a scalable decision framework for choosing workforce engagement models.
• Drive alignment across People, Legal, Finance, Tax, and leadership to close decisions.
• Document playbooks, templates, and logs to enable a repeatable, scalable process.
