Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, business, or related field.
Master's degree (e.g., MBA, I/O Psychology) preferred.
10+ years in strategic workforce planning, transformation, and organizational design with global scope.

Responsibilities

Set enterprise direction for SWP including vision, priorities, and roadmap.
Establish enterprise WFP framework with guiding principles, processes, governance, and metrics.
Integrate WFP into financial planning, risk management, and strategic reviews.
Lead enterprise SWP analysis connecting business capabilities to workforce implications.
Develop scenario-based modeling to analyze workforce impacts of strategies, AI, and org design.
