Job summary
Mars Incorporated is seeking a Global Workforce Planning & Optimization Strategist (Finance) to establish and evolve an enterprise SWP capability within the COE. You will design governance, frameworks, and metrics while balancing centralized guidance with decentralized execution across Mars's units.
You will lead enterprise SWP initiatives, advise on priority projects, and collaborate with finance, strategy, and people analytics teams to drive data-driven decisions and scalable capability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or I/O preferred.
- 10+ years in strategic workforce planning and transformation.
- Experience in enterprise COE for SWP or global scope.
- Proven ability to build and scale enterprise SWP frameworks.
- Experience with WFP platforms and HR/Finance data ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Set enterprise SWP direction, roadmap, and governance.
- Establish enterprise WFP framework with principles and metrics.
- Pilot and evolve the enterprise SWP signature process.
- Lead enterprise SWP governance forums with key stakeholders.
- Develop scenario-based modeling capabilities for workforce planning.
- Advise on AI/automation workforce impacts and workforce design.
- Translate analyses into executive-ready narratives.
