Job summary

Function Health is seeking a Contract Program Manager to lead our global workforce strategy workstream. This hands-on role coordinates People, Legal, Finance and leadership to design cost-effective engagement models across markets, including LATAM and the UK, with a plan to scale operations and establish governance.

You will develop cost-benefit analyses, publish guardrails, and deliver a repeatable playbook by engagement end date, enabling fast, compliant international growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management with international workforce experience.
• Hands-on experience with EOR platforms and contractor models.
• Knowledge of payroll, taxes, work authorization, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with LATAM and UK markets.
• Strong financial modeling to compare costs across models.
• Ability to align stakeholders without formal authority.
• Clear written communication for exec memos and operating docs.
• Ability to move fast in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the global workforce strategy work stream end to end.
• Build cost-benefit analyses across international footprint.
• Develop scalable decision framework for contractor, EOR, and entity models.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across People, Legal, Finance, Tax, and leadership.
• Support UK expansion including potential entity creation.
• Partner with engineering leadership on LATAM hiring plans.
• Define guardrails for contractor engagements, benefits, and equity.
• Establish lightweight governance: intake, decision rights, escalation, turnaround.
• Document playbooks, templates, and logs for handoff.
