Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 10+ years in global IT with workforce planning.
• 5+ years leading workforce planning or demand management.
• 7+ years of people leadership in global teams.
• Experience managing large labor budgets and MSP programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning and analytics for ET.
• Own headcount, labor cost, and dashboards.
• Set global contingent labor strategy and MSP.
• Oversee immigration and global mobility compliance.
• Build internal talent marketplaces and operating model.
• Lead demand management and operational planning across regions.
