Experience leading occupancy and space planning teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a 5–10-year real estate portfolio strategic roadmap.
Align business operations with optimized occupancy and space planning globally.
Evaluate real estate usage data to determine optimal square footage, desk ratios, and zoning.
Collaborate with Enterprise Technology to implement supporting platforms.
Advise senior leaders on actions to balance portfolio utilization and sequence global initiatives with real estate solutions.
Lead cross-functional strategic planning with Ford Land functions (Project Management, Design, WPX, Technology, etc.).
Build change management roadmaps and engage stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
