• Experience leading occupancy and space planning teams.
• Strategic thinker with data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 5–10-year real estate portfolio strategic roadmap.
• Align business operations with optimized occupancy and space planning globally.
• Evaluate real estate usage data to determine optimal square footage, desk ratios, and zoning.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Technology to implement supporting platforms.
• Advise senior leaders on actions to balance portfolio utilization and sequence global initiatives with real estate solutions.
• Lead cross-functional strategic planning with Ford Land functions (Project Management, Design, WPX, Technology, etc.).
• Build change management roadmaps and engage stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
