Job summary

Ford Motor Company’s Global Enterprise Technology organization seeks a Global Senior Director of Demand Management, Workforce Strategy & Sourcing to shape how the enterprise plans, sources and deploys technology talent worldwide. You will drive the vision, implementation and ongoing optimization of demand planning and workforce management across ET to support the product and technology roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in large global IT organizations with workforce planning or sourcing background.
Experience leading workforce planning, demand management or technology sourcing functions.
Proven ability to lead globally distributed teams and manage large-scale labor budgets.
Strong understanding of immigration and global mobility requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic workforce planning and analytics to align talent supply with roadmaps and budgets.
Own headcount, labor cost and open requisitions; publish dashboards for leadership and finance.
Set contingent labor, MSP and vendor strategies; negotiate master agreements and SLAs.
Establish H-1B and global work-authorization governance; manage visa renewals and country transfers.
Stand up internal talent marketplaces; redeploy technologists to high-priority initiatives.
Evaluate location strategy and global footprint; optimize for cost, risk and time-zone coverage.
Oversee demand management from intake to capacity planning and budgeting; manage risks and opportunities.
Engage with stakeholders (HR, Finance, Purchasing, Legal) and lead a global workforce planning team.
Own roadmaps for analytics tools, ensure data integrity and end-to-end automation.
