Job summary

Transdev North America seeks a senior Forecast & Planning Lead to drive global staffing planning and performance across international markets. You will own data, reporting, and cross-market coordination with executive presence and day-to-day ownership.

The role emphasizes building forecast models, collaborating with operations, HR, and data teams, and presenting plans to stakeholders. Strong Excel/SQL/Python skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/logistics/transportation.
• 5+ years of management/leadership experience required.
• Experience with tech, startup, or AV industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international labor laws and cross-border compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, plan and manage global staffing and service level activities.
• Build staffing forecast models and reports for international clients and markets.
• Coordinate across time zones and cross-cultural teams.
• Develop plans with HR, operations and training to meet demand.
• Present plans to stakeholders and drive plan execution.
• Create dashboards with data analysis teams to improve efficiency.
• Mentor peers and influence decision making at multiple levels.
• Engage in client meetings to differentiate Transdev from competitors.
