Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Forecast and Planning Leader to drive global staffing forecasts and performance across international markets. You will manage, develop and improve forecasting models, partner with operations and HR, and present plans to stakeholders.

The role requires deep analytical skills, experience in transportation/logistics, and ability to navigate time zones and diverse teams. Collaboration with data teams will build actionable dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, and/or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant management and leadership experience required.
• Experience in tech, start-up, and/or AV industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong background in transportation and/or logistics is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of international labor laws, regulations, and cross-border employment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Transdev Clients to obtain, analyze and understand demand forecasts.
• Build and maintain staffing forecast models and reports for assigned international clients and global markets, ensuring validity of model parameters.
• Manage complexities related to time zone differences and cross-cultural coordination across global teams.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, training, and other departments to develop staffing, hiring and training plans to meet demand.
• Present plans to internal and external stakeholders for approval and highlight key trade-offs.
• Control execution of the plan and support local teams to implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance through better planning and execution.
• Diagnose problems and develop streamlined processes, tools and dashboards to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with data analysis team to develop dashboards and reports.
• Mentor peers and influence operational teams to empower decision-making.
