Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver, CO is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to lead enterprise workforce planning, forecasting, and governance. You will partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition and People Operations to translate business strategy into scalable plans, enabling growth and workforce investments.

This hybrid role requires strong analytic and storytelling skills to influence leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, analytics, economics, business or finance.
• 7+ years in workforce planning, HR analytics & reporting.
• Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience integrating workforce planning with budgeting and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Forecast 3-year, annual, and quarterly workforce plans across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with leaders, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and People Ops to translate plans into workforce needs.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and scenario planning analyses.
• Provide dashboards and executive insights on workforce metrics.
