Trane Technologies seeks a Workday Reporting & Security Product Owner to lead HR reporting and security governance across Workday. You will own reporting capabilities and the security framework to ensure accurate insights, appropriate access, and strong governance across the business.

You will report to the Global HR Technology Operations Leader and guide a global team to deliver governance, analytics, standard and custom reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decisions and maximizing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, HR, IS, Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years in Workday reporting and security; leading global HR analytics functions preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Workday reporting capabilities and security configuration.

• Own the global product vision and execution of Workday reporting and dashboards.
• Evolve the Workday security framework with governance standards and access control structures.
• Lead a global team of reporting analysts and Workday security configurators; manage intake governance.
• Partner with HR Leadership and COEs to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
