Trane Technologies is seeking a Workday Reporting & Security Product Owner to lead global reporting for HR analytics and security governance. You will own the strategy, governance, and delivery of Workday reporting capabilities and security across the organization.

You will manage a global team, collaborate with HR leadership, ensure data privacy, and drive governance standards to enable data-driven decisions and secure access control across Workday modules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Workday reporting and Workday security.
• Experience leading global HR analytics functions.
• Strong governance and data privacy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own global product vision and execution for Workday reporting and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Workday security framework and access governance.
• Lead a global team of reporting analysts and security configurators.
• Partner with HR leadership and regional teams to translate needs into scalable reporting solutions.
• Enforce PII governance and data privacy standards.
