Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a skilled Senior Workday Reporting & Security Product Owner in North Carolina to lead global reporting capabilities and security governance for Workday. You will drive strategy, governance, and delivery of HR reporting, dashboards, and access controls while coordinating with HR leaders and regional teams to meet evolving business needs.

The role requires 7+ years in Workday reporting and security, with deep knowledge of Workday tools and data governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday reporting and security experience, including leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Workday reporting features (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards) and security configuration.
• Experience leading global HR analytics functions and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong governance and PII privacy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own global product vision and execution for Workday reporting and dashboards.
• Define security governance, access controls, and periodic audits.
• Lead a global team of reporting analysts and security configurators.
• Partner with HR leaders and COEs to translate business needs into scalable reports.
• Ensure data privacy governance and compliance.
