Job summary

Brady Corporation in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to support global HRIS functionality, with focus on Core HCM, security, reporting, and integrations. You will act as a technical point of contact for HR systems, aiding employees and HR staff worldwide.

Responsibilities include system administration, process optimization with HR experts, and building Workday integrations using Studio, Extend, and EIBs. Strong HR tech knowledge and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Information Technology or a related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Time and Attendance, Employee/Manager Self-Service, Security, Integrations and Report Writing
• Knowledge of ADP and/or JIRA ServiceNow
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system administrator for Workday Core HCM, managing system maintenance, upgrades, and user access
• Partner with HR functional experts to analyze and improve processes related to Core HCM, security, and reporting
• Design, build, and test integrations between Workday and internal/external systems using Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, and Workday Web Services
• Analyze Workday integration processes and perform updates to enhance business workflows
• Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility through configuration, administration, and user training
• Support timely processing of file feeds to vendors in alignment with security and reporting specs
• Oversee security configuration in Workday, managing user roles and permissions
