Brady Corporation seeks a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to provide global HRIS support, focusing on Workday Core HCM, security, and reporting. You will serve as the technical point of contact for HR systems, supporting employees and HR staff worldwide.

You will manage Workday administration and integrations, improve processes with HR experts, and ensure data integrity and security while delivering user training and timely responses.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business or IT.
• 3+ years' experience supporting Workday modules (Core HCM, Security, Reporting).
• Experience with ADP and JIRA ServiceNow.

Mansioni

• Serve as Workday Core HCM system administrator and manage access.
• Partner with HR experts to improve Core HCM, security, and reporting processes.
• Design, build, and test Workday integrations using Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, and Web Services.
• Analyze integration processes and optimize workflows.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and user training; support timely file feeds to vendors.
• Oversee security configuration and maintain compliance.
