Mphasis Corporation is seeking a Workday HCM Architect to lead global HR system implementations and enhancements acrossWorkday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits. The role requires strong project management, analytics, and ability to liaise between vendors, business, and IT.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of Workday experience, proven leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive cross-functional projects and ensure regulatory compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years implementation and support experience with Workday and/or other HR systems.
• Expert in implementing and configuring Workday Core HCM and Business Processes.
• Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Performance/Talent Management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage new project/enhancement requests from initiation through post-implementation support, including configuration.
• Translate business process requirements into a functional solution design and collaborate with the integration team for proper system integration.
• Configure Workday to meet functional needs and prepare project deliverables (plans, flows, requirements, UAT plans).
• Lead cross-functional HR Technology projects through design and implementation and monitor system health post go-live.
• Provide ongoing support, audit/compliance adherence, and continuous process improvements.
