Job summary

Mphasis Corporation in Atlanta, GA seeks a Workday HCM Architect to drive global HR technology architecture, configuration, and ongoing enhancements across HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.

You will serve as a solutions architect, lead cross-functional projects, coordinate with vendors and IT, and ensure robust testing, documentation, and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of implementation and support experience with Workday or related HR systems.
• Expert in implementing and configuring Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, and at least 2-3 modules globally.
• Strong project leadership, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: manage requests from initiation through post-implementation support, deliver functional solution design.
• Configure Workday to meet functional needs and prepare project deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional HR Technology projects through design and implementation.
• Ongoing Support: monitor system health, drive process improvements, and coordinate with HR operations.
