Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across our facilities. You will lead the Global WHS Program, balance hands-on safety with strategic initiatives, and partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence leadership. Travel 50–70% and support multiple sites while ensuring rapid response to emergencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS/environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

Lead WHS program implementation and safety leadership.
Conduct risk assessments and site audits to improve safety.
Analyze safety data and incidents to drive improvements.
Travel 50–70% and work various shifts to support multiple sites.
