Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a WFM Implementation Consultant to join our global consulting practice. You will gather requirements, configure the Dayforce solution, and guide customers through Discovery, Configuration, Testing, and Deployment stages.

You’ll lead sessions, document outcomes, and contribute to organizational readiness efforts while collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful rollouts. Strong German/English and SaaS experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in HCM or WFM application consulting.
• Experience with business process mapping.
• Change management experience is an asset.
• Fluency in German and English is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SaaS or cloud HRIS solutions.
• Basic SQL understanding is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP integrations (Dayforce, SAP, Workday, etc.).
• Ability to lead workshops and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate customer requirements and map to Dayforce functionality.
• Configure Dayforce to meet documented requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions and document outcomes.
• Provide status updates in internal meetings and deliverables.
• Offer follow-up consulting and assistance in your areas of expertise.
• Lead workshops for customers and internal teams.
• Support Organizational Readiness activities for Dayforce rollout.
