Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a WFM Implementation Consultant to participate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, from discovery through post-go-live support. You will gather customer requirements, configure Dayforce to meet documented business needs, manage expectations, and guide Associate Consultants under the supervision of the Project Manager.

In this role you may deliver Organizational Readiness consulting and assist customers throughout their implementation journey.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Five or more years of experience in HCM or WFM application consulting.
Experience with business process mapping.
Change management experience is an asset.
Fluency in German and English is an advantage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with SaaS or cloud-based HRIS solutions.
Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL is a plus.
Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS tooling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Document and validate customer requirements and map them to Dayforce functionality.
Configure Dayforce to meet documented business requirements.
Conduct consulting sessions virtually and in person, documenting outcomes.
Attend internal meetings and provide status updates on activities.
Provide follow-up consulting and assistance within areas of expertise.
Serve as a subject matter resource for functional areas for stakeholders.
Lead Dayforce Organizational Readiness best practices preparation for rollout.
Document solutions and contribute to the repository and knowledge sharing.
