Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) application consulting.
• Product certification in the Payroll HCM module or equivalent experience.
• Experience with business process mapping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based software solutions, including HRIS systems.
• Experience with one or more HRIS applications such as Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, or Dayforce.
• Ability to implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution.
• Understanding of HCM business practices and industry variations.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate customer requirements and map to Dayforce functionality.
• Configure the Dayforce application to meet documented requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions virtually and in person; document outcomes.
• Attend internal project meetings; provide status updates.
• Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for key functional areas.
• Lead Organizational Readiness activities for solution rollout.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge repositories.
