The role focuses on planning, coordination, and real-time oversight across global sessions, working with a distributed team to meet client requirements and deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 to C1).
• Experience coordinating corporate or wellness events preferred.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail in translations and materials.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage wellness activities at global and local levels for international clients.
• Schedule and ensure compliance with annual sessions with accounts.
• Oversee technical, operational, and conceptual execution of talks in real time.
• Review and customize materials and translations for client templates.
• Lead logistics for healthcare trade shows and events, liaising with exhibitors.
