Job summary

The University of Central Arkansas's Center for Global Learning & Engagement is seeking a dynamic Global Welcome Coordinator to support the international student orientation and related programs. This role suits an upper-level student with leadership potential and strong organizational skills.

Reporting to the International Student Services Coordinator, you will help plan, coordinate, and evaluate CGLE's Global Welcome activities and supervise volunteers, including availability during breaks and

Qualifications

Upper-level college student (junior/senior/graduate) with strong work ethic and leadership.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong interpersonal, writing, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Experience with Google Sheets, Forms, and Canva Pro.

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial contact for newly admitted international students and assist in pre-arrival communications.
Assist in planning and coordinating CGLE programs such as Global Welcome Orientation.
Lead recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of Global Welcome Volunteers.
Must be available to work during university breaks and some evenings/weekends.
Other duties as assigned.
