Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage prospects and support conversion.
• Experience supervising student employees or ambassadors.
• Experience with international recruitment or cross-cultural communication.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned recruitment pipeline from inquiry through enrollment.
• Conduct proactive outreach through email, phone, virtual appointments, and information sessions.
• Re-engage inactive prospects and address barriers to progression.
• Use CRM to maintain records, queues, and progression.
• Monitor funnel data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, and Recruitment teams for a consistent experience.
• Supervise recruitment-focused student staff and evaluate results.
• Support enrollment workflows and engagement tools to improve responsiveness.
• Represent Global Launch at virtual and in-person events.
