Job summary

Netwrix is seeking a Webinar & Online Events Specialist to own end-to-end production of our global webinar program, across NAM, EMEA, and APAC. You will collaborate with internal teams, external speakers, and partners to educate, generate pipeline, and position Netwrix as a cybersecurity thought leader.

This role blends content and production: script writing, live broadcasts, promotional campaigns, and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in webinar production or online events in a B2B tech company.
• Proficient with ON24, Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, BrightTalk.
• Strong English copywriting for scripts and promo materials.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot).
• Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end webinar lifecycle from topic ideation to post-event distribution.
• Manage global webinar calendar across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Handle platform setup, run-of-show, and live broadcast logistics.
• Test new formats to boost engagement and reach.
• Write session scripts and speaker briefs; edit registration copy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales on content ideas.
• Coordinate multi-channel promotions to drive registrations.
• Track KPIs and optimize topics, formats, and production.
• Drive post-event follow-up workflows with demand gen and sales.
