Job summary

Netwrix seeks a seasoned Lead Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for Netwrix Auditor, guiding vision, roadmap, and go-to-market for the top-rated product. This role oversees its migration to a true multi-tenant SaaS offering, with a focus on DSPM, compliance auditing, and SIEM/SOAR integrations.

You will collaborate with engineering, Sales, and Success teams to ensure audit-ready evidence, rapid investigations, and strong renewal outcomes across platforms like Active Directory,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 4 years in cybersecurity or SIEM/SOAR/SOC.
• Knowledge of DSPM, Data Access Governance, or adjacent domains (DLP, IGA, risk management).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CMMC, SOC 2) and audit-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and long-term strategy for Netwrix Auditor and its migration to multi-tenant SaaS.
• Own GTM strategy and analyst briefings to sharpen market positioning.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver audit-ready compliance capabilities and real-time alerting.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on migration motions and renewal protection.
• Define and monitor product success metrics (renewals, time-to-investigation, SaaS conversion).
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Security, Compliance, and Ops to advance DSPM-enabled capabilities.
