Job summary

Legora is seeking a Senior Content Programs Manager to own Legora's webinar and digital events program globally. You will turn a scattered calendar into recurring series, seasonal programs, and digital moments that build an audience over time.

Half your time will be production and operations—run of show, platform, speaker prep, rehearsal, and promotion. The other half is programming—deciding formats, guests, and why a partner would give us forty-five minutes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running webinars, virtual events or serial digital content programs.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS or complex enterprise environments is preferred.
• Hands-on production and operations experience with run of show.

Responsibilities

• Own Legora's global webinar and digital events program end to end.
• Design serial content formats to earn a return audience series.
• Oversee production, run of show, and speaker prep.
• Source and brief internal and external speakers, including senior clients.
• Promote programs and grow registrations and attendance.
• Define measurement and use data to inform future programming.
