Job summary

Legora is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to help decide where to invest globally and to build the systems and cross-functional processes that translate decisions into delivery.

You'll connect client demand, content usage and partnership opportunities for digital collection, establishing clear priorities and an operating model that scales with Legora’s growth. This is an individual-contributor role within Engineering & Product Operations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or operations.
• Highly organised with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Good judgement on lightweight vs. rigorous process.
• Structured, commercial thinker with market-sizing ability.
• Analytically strong and fluent with agentic tools.
• Clear communicator for working teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support content prioritisation for our digital collection; build evidence-based recommendations.
• Turn client demand into strategic insight by combining VOICE of the Customer and usage data.
• Build business cases for API, bulk feeds, and data-sourcing options.
• Own planning, reporting, systems, and onboarding processes; coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Oversee partner operations from signed agreement to live content and renewals.
