Job summary

Legora is seeking a Senior Customer Content Strategist to scale how customers tell their stories in the US, with a focus on on-camera and written content. You’ll own the customer content pipeline, direct shoots, and manage editors and partners while shaping a global storytelling program.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Brand, and Legal, building a reference pool and ensuring content lands at the right moment in the deal cycle, including events and launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer marketing, customer content, brand video or content production (B2B, SaaS or professional services).
• Hands-on video production across concept to post with a reel or portfolio.
• Proven ability to build a customer story, reference or advocacy program.

Responsibilities

• Own Legora's US customer storytelling pipeline across formats and timelines.
• Direct shoots, brief editors and production partners, and ensure high production standards.
• Build and maintain a reference/advocacy pool with Engagement and Sales.
• Turn engagements into case studies, proof points and metrics.
• Deliver content to Sales in usable, clipped, tagged formats for deals.
• Capture content around events, launches and conferences.
• Distribute content with Brand, Growth and International Marketing.
• Define success metrics for content creation and distribution.
• Use AI tools to speed up production while preserving editorial judgment.
