Legora is hiring a Senior Customer Content Strategist to scale how customers tell their stories in the US and beyond. You’ll own the content pipeline, scope shoots, direct editors, and build a robust customer reference program.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Brand and Communications to turn engagements into compelling case studies and proof points, while shaping distribution and measurement across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer marketing, content or related fields.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS or professional services.
• Proven ability to build customer stories and advocacy programs.
• Strong writing and narrative skills.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and legal/comms teams.

Responsibilities

• Own US customer content pipeline: stories, formats, audiences and timelines.
• Direct shoots, brief editors and production partners, review final cuts.
• Build and maintain the reference/advocacy pool with Sales and Engagement.
• Turn engagements into case studies, proof points and metrics.
• Deliver content to Sales in clip-ready, searchable formats.
• Capture content around events, launches and conferences.
• Distribute content with Brand, Growth and International Marketing.
• Define success metrics and shape future content strategy.
• Leverage AI to increase output without sacrificing quality.
