• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent with Lean knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Auditing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for Supplier Quality and ensure global resources are in place.
• Establish and monitor global Supplier Quality budget and KPIs.
• Oversee issue resolution with suppliers and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure risk-based supplier qualification, auditing, and CAPA programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to align stakeholders.
• Develop and grow the Supplier Quality team.
