Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a senior packaging procurement leader to drive global sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, overseeing major spend and supplier relationships across brands.

You will lead negotiations, collaborate with internal functions, and manage risk and compliance to optimize cost and performance. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in packaging procurement, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver cross-functional results in a fast-paced beauty

Qualifications

Experience in a packaging procurement global category role.
Preferably have management experience.
Must be a fact based decision maker, pragmatic, resourceful, and proactive.
Must have a “can-do” and “will-do” attitude with respect to accomplishing goals, making the numbers, and satisfying internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Lead global sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and manage supplier negotiations.
Collaborate with R&D, Packaging, Marketing to meet GSR commitments.
Manage Joint Value Creation relationships and supplier performance across Brands.
Oversee budget process across Brands for assigned commodities and drive cost improvements.
Develop strategies to mitigate supplier and supply risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
