Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a global strategy and operations leader to govern enterprise value creation for procured goods and services.

You will drive savings initiatives, orchestrate cross‑functional programs, and shape the digital, data, and AI strategy across the end‑to‑end source‑to‑pay ecosystem. Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or Business Management.
• CPA and/or MBA in Finance or Business Management preferred.
• 15+ years of procurement, value creation, cost analysis and source-to-pay experience in a Fortune 500 or consulting environment.
• Strategic leadership with ability to drive initiatives across multinational teams.
• Experience with procurement technologies and analytics, and leading digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop capabilities aligned with Procurement strategies.
• Structure ideation workshops and build trust with Brand/Function teams.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to realize value creation and maintain data-driven accuracy.
• Oversee enterprise digital value creation platforms and track milestones.
• Deliver management reporting including scorecards and value creation reviews.
• Lead budget management for COGS, OPEX, Capex and PPV savings.
