Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a VP, People Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategies that drive business growth and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with COEs, the PEXT, and executive sponsors to translate priorities into talent, culture, leadership, and structure initiatives. Reports to the VP, People Partner, Global Value Chain, supporting Global Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive HR experience with strategic business partnership, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Experience supporting organizational design, transformation, succession planning, and talent strategies.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and executive presence.
• Exceptional judgment, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, integrating people priorities into business strategy.
• Translate business needs into workforce, talent, culture, and organizational priorities.
• Shape talent and workforce strategies aligned with business and enterprise goals.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, restructuring, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Lead talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Coach executives on performance, talent, and organizational matters.
• Serve as a strategic partner during transformations, M&A activities, and organizational change.
