Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Global Process Improvement Lead in manufacturing quality to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine global processes, procedures and tools for product categories, under direction from Global Practice Area leads.

You will drive implementation at sites, train local Quality and Operations teams, establish continuous improvement programs, and monitor KPIs with VP/Regional Quality Leads to adapt processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast paced consumer goods manufacturing environment a plus (Cosmetic, Food, or Pharma).
• Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean methodology.
• Ability to conduct and train on risk assessment.
• Ability to conduct and train on root cause analysis and investigation.
• Strong in data & analytics, statistics and process control.
• Strong in project management: *
• Excellent relationship manager, influencer and communicator.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to appropriately communicate information to cross functional stakeholders.
• Ability to write and review SOPs.
• Computer skills such as Microsoft Office, SAP
• Strong knowledge of ISO certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and define global processes by collecting expectations and requirements from relevant functions to determine where global processes are not meeting business needs.
• Develop global quality manufacturing framework, processes, procedures and tools in line with stakeholder requirements.
• Drive implementation of global process improvements by evaluating risks and defining action plans with regional/site leads.
• Project manage the implementation of processes at site level in close collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Provide training to local Quality and Operations in collaboration with site and COE training teams.
• Establish and manage continuous improvement processes by incorporating best practices globally and driving CI at manufacturing sites.
• Implement lean/continuous improvement practices at the manufacturing sites focusing on Quality and process control in collaboration with Quality Engineers, CI and ME functions.
• Conduct routine reviews with the VP/Regional Quality Leads and adapt processes as needed.
