Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a senior QA/R&D Policy & Procedure Leader to develop and maintain global QA and R&D policies and ensure regulatory compliance for OTC and cosmetics products.

You will lead policy/procedure development across QA, Supply Chain, and R&D, manage training programs, and oversee the Open Text documentation system, driving continuous improvement and training effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills; MS Word expert.
• Good knowledge of templates, macros and styles.
• Detail-oriented with high-volume document workflow.
• Strong organizational and process orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence across levels.
• Experience in documentation review, control, retention and maintenance.
• 10 years in Quality Systems Management with regulated industry experience.
• Minimum BS/MS education.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of global QA policies/procedures across QA, Supply Chain, and R&D.
• Collaborate with QA/R&D senior management to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead periodic policy/procedure reviews to ensure current relevance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop an effective document collaboration process for global documents.
• Lead and develop a 2–3 year global policy/procedure strategy and annual development plan.
