Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of skin care, makeup, fragrance and hair care products, with a broad portfolio of premium brands.

This role focuses on leading the development and maintenance of corporate QA policies and procedures across QA, R&D and Supply Chain, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices. You will manage a global policy/procedure training program, assure training effectiveness, and supervise the Technical Writer for policy

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Word; templates, macros and styles.
• Professional understanding of templates, macros and styles.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage a high volume of documents.
• Highly organized with a process‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to influence across levels.
• Experience in documentation review, control, retention and maintenance.
• 10 years of Quality Systems Management in a regulated industry.
• BS/MS education required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of a global set of QA policies/procedures across QA, Supply Chain, and R&D.
• Ensure policies meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Lead annual global document development plans approved by QA/R&D leadership.
• Develop document collaboration and review processes.
• Oversee global policy/procedure training programs and documentation of training records.
• Manage Open Text documentation software for routing, approval, change control and retention.
• Oversee security and upgrades to the Open Text system.
• Directly supervise the Technical Writer to support policy/document programs.
