Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a process improvement leader to develop and refine global manufacturing quality processes, with direction from Global Practice Area leads. You will drive implementation across sites in collaboration with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Excellence, and CI teams.

In this role you will collect requirements, define frameworks, train local teams, and manage risks while sustaining continuous improvement through lean practices and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced consumer goods manufacturing environment or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean methodology.
• Ability to conduct and train on risk assessment.
• Ability to conduct and train on root cause analysis and investigation.
• Strong in data & analytics, statistics and process control.
• Strong in project management.
• Excellent relationship manager, influencer and communicator.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Effective oral and written communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to write and review SOPs.
• Microsoft Office and SAP proficiency.
• ISO certification knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define global processes across functions to meet business needs.
• Develop global quality manufacturing framework, processes, procedures and tools.
• Evaluate risks and define action plans for process implementations with regional/site leads.
• Project manage site-level implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training to local Quality and Operations with COE training teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and lean practices.
• Conduct routine reviews with VP/Regional Quality Leads and adapt processes as needed.
