Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial services, technology, or data-enabled environments.
• 10+ years in business management or strategic planning with measurable results.
• Experience moving ideas from assessment to commercialization in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define goals and KPIs and influence senior decisions through analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead growth and sales strategies across international regions.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify and scale opportunities in new verticals and geographies.
• Create business cases for organic and inorganic growth, including post-acquisition planning.
• Translate strategy into go-to-market plans and execution roadmaps.
• Integrate budgeting, forecasting, and P&L into strategic plans.
• Establish governance, targets, and KPI tracking; monitor progress.
• Generate insights from market, regulatory, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Centers of Excellence to close capability gaps.
• Design strategic planning sessions and senior-level reviews.
• Advise senior stakeholders and enable cross-regional collaboration.
