Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial services, technology, or data-driven environments.
• 10+ years in business management or strategic planning with demonstrated accountability for translating strategy into business results.
• Proven ability to take ideas from assessment and business-case development through commercialization in a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to define goals and KPIs, lead multiple strategic initiatives, and influence senior decisions through structured analysis.
• MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead vertical-specific growth and sales strategies across international regions.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify and scale opportunities in new verticals and geographies.
• Build business cases for organic and inorganic growth including due diligence and integration planning.
• Translate strategy into go-to-market plans, operating models, and execution roadmaps.
• Integrate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with Finance.
