• Lead the transformation of Global Solutions Engineering into an effective operating model across a 250+ person global organization.
• Drive ARR growth by aligning technical resources to high-potential accounts and opportunities.
• Evolve into AI-enabled and Forward Deployed Engineering with new capabilities and repeatable solutions.
• Establish Technical Discovery as a core discipline and translate insights into actionable opportunities.
